Our driver arrives at your address with a sealed collection bag. Every item is listed on a printed receipt — you keep a copy before anything leaves your door.
Each item is photographed, assigned a unique barcode tag, and scanned under UV light to identify hidden stains and pre-existing damage before any cleaning begins.
Garments are grouped by colour, fabric type, and required service. Whites, darks, and delicates always run in dedicated batches — never mixed.
A trained spotter identifies every stain type — oil, protein, tannin, or synthetic dye — under UV light and applies the precisely matched enzyme or solvent before the garment enters any machine.
The right machine and chemistry is selected per garment: modern HC solvent dry cleaning for formals, low-RPM delicate tumbler for silk, or controlled wet wash for cottons.
Controlled drying is followed by dedicated finishing — Hoffman steam chest press for suits, collar and cuff moulds for shirts, or calendar roll press for bedsheets and flat linens.
Each finished item is hand-checked under daylight-spectrum lighting for residual stains, dimensional accuracy, and finishing quality. Anything below standard goes back for re-work.
Items are hung on hangers or neatly folded, wrapped in recyclable kraft paper, and returned to your door — or ready for you to collect from the shop with a WhatsApp notification.
